As a 17 year skin care industry veteran and licensed aesthetician, Sinead Norenius has been at the helm of the beauty industry’s trends and newest developments. Sinead saw a missing link between the availability of product education and the end consumer. With her experience as Editor-in-Chief of the number one self-tanning blog, www.SelfTanningQueen.com, she knew there had to be a better way for consumers to interact with a brand. Her mission has been to allow the consumers to have a voice in the product, the messaging, the packaging and even the website. Thus, she founded Beautisol™.
Sinead is a celebrity spray tan artist and educator who spends the majority of her time directly educating consumers on how to use sunless tanning products and choose the best sun care products. She is also the founder of IFABBO (International Fashion and Beauty Bloggers Organization), which helps to unite the leaders in the profession to promote individual and professional growth and set standards and guidelines for the fashion and beauty blogging industry.
Prior to founding Beautisol™, Sinead worked as the Director of Education - North America for St.Tropez Tan, a leading sunless tanning brand. She was part of the original North America start-up team as St.Tropez launched a new campaign on the North American market in 2007. Sinead worked on strategic partnerships and acquisitions of large scale accounts such as Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa’s and The Ritz Carlton Hotel Group, amongst other high profile luxury establishments.
Before working for St.Tropez Tan, Sinead co-founded The Beauty Firm, a marketing consulting agency focused exclusively on the skin care and fashion industry. She worked with individual companies such as Asha Couture and Mineral Essence to market, brand, and successfully develop their business. Before The Beauty Firm, Sinead was Sales Director for Yonka Paris, a French luxury skin care company. Sinead started her career in the medical arena as a Para-medical aesthetician.
At Beautisol™, Sinead brings a vivacious sense of charm, fun, and warmth that infuse the core of the Beautisol™ culture. She's also known to love the word “perfect” a lot!
Chris is a true entrepreneur and is passionate about online marketing and how to approach customers in the most interactive and integrated way. With over 20 years of executive management, operational and business development experience, he has founded or co-founded a string of successful companies and been a pioneer in the online marketing industry.
Prior to co-founding Beautisol™, Chris founded Revcube, an automated online marketing optimization platform for direct response advertisers. As President and CEO he successfully raised over $17MM in funding from major venture capital firms including Vantage Point Venture Partners and Transcosmos. Before Revcube, Chris co-founded and served as COO for Fathom Online, the first paid search only marketing agency. The company grew from 2 co-founders in 2002 to 42 employees with offices in both San Francisco and New York and over $20MM in revenue. Prior to Fathom, he co-founded and served as VP of Business Development for GlobalStreams, a video streaming software company.
As a VP at Ask Jeeves, Inc., Chris launched the Text Ad Network which utilized an open market concept for online advertising purchase within keyword markets. As part of the executive management team at his original start-up, Cybernautics, Chris was integral in the sale of the organization to USWeb. Educated at Vanderbilt University and the London School of Economics, Chris holds degrees in both Engineering and Economics. Chris loves to live life on the edge and actively! When his is not summiting a mountain he can be found kite surfing in Mexico.
Sean has over 20 years in the direct acquisition and subscription media business. He specializes in building true multi-channel marketing organizations through the alignment of a company's operations, measurement and targeted creative.
Sean currently serves as CMO of Clear Choice, a network of dental treatment centers providing innovative and quality implant care. Prior to Clear Choice Sean was COO at Guthy | Renker, the world's largest direct response advertiser.
Dave has over 30 years of supply chain, manufacturing and fulfillment experience. Most recently he served as COO at Callaway Golf. Prior to Callaway Dave worked as SVP and General Manager of the Advertising Inserts segment of Vertis Communications.
Dave cut his operations teeth at Revlon where he worked for 25 years. At Revlon he held several senior-level positions, including Senior Vice President of Materials Management, Senior Vice President of Purchasing and Supply Chain and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for various Revlon facilities.
