In the morning, apply Bright Eyed around the eye area. Follow with your normal makeup application... not forgetting to curl your lashes! You'll look "bright eyed and bushy tailed" to start the day! In the evening, take some time for yourself! Remove your makeup and apply a thick coat of Bright Eyed to your eye area like a mask. Lie down for 10 minutes wearing your cooling eye gel mask. Breath, meditate and reflect! Once you feel more revitalized, remove the gel mask and gently massage any excess product into your eye area! Night, night!

If you are using Eye Want in conjunction, Bright Eyed would be applied after you put on Eye Want at night.
