The Solution: ClubSol's custom-coded management platform for your complete control
We custom-coded a subscription management platform to provide all our customers total control from the minute they checkout, making any changes or cancellations easy to manage and navigate.
Click on the "My Subscription" tab to show you:
- What products you are scheduled to receive
- How often you are scheduled to receive them via auto shipment
- Exact day the next shipment is scheduled to leave our warehouse
The "My Subscription" area also allows you to make changes instantly. You can:
- Change the products to be shipped to you
- Adjust how often you receive the shipment (recurrence)
- Adjust the date it ships by either moving the date up OR back
When you move the ship date, it resets your recurrence clock as well. So if you rush an order you won't have to worry about running out before the next shipment.
It's hard to believe, but we realize you may, at some point, want to cancel your subscription. We make it easy! Simply log into your account and click on the “My Subscriptions” area and click “Edit”. Once you’re on the edit page simply click on “Cancellation” button and fill out a quick survey of why you are canceling your subscription (so we can do everything we can to improve if needed!) and you're done. It's that simple!
